The Water Resource and Emergency Management Plan Draft is attached. This will replace the Drought Contingency Plan and it is the model required by NTMWD and City of Rockwall. Members are welcome to participate in discussion of the plan at the upcoming April 16th meeting. For more information contact the office or refer to the posted agenda.
